1 sheet of 7-count plastic canvas
Worsted weight yarn in the following colors:

White
Yellow
Red
Blue
Green

Yarn needle

Row 6: sc in each ch-7 space

Continue working in this pattern until you have reached the desired width for the rim.

To create the base of the vase, work the following pattern in rows:

Row 1: (sc, ch 9) repeat
Row 2: sc in each ch-9 space
Row 3: (sc, ch 10) repeat
Row 4: sc in each ch-10 space
Row 5: (sc, ch 11) repeat
Row 6: sc in each ch-11 space
Row 7: (sc, ch 12) repeat
Row 8: sc in each ch-12 space

Continue working in this pattern until you have reached the desired width for the base.

To join the sides of the vase, simply insert the yarn needle through the corresponding loops on the sides and pull through. Continue sewing the sides together until they are completely closed.
